Individual timescales for delivery are shown on all product pages. Please make sure you check these before ordering, to avoid disappointment (these timescales do not include delivery which is roughly outlined below).  

Costs

UK 

Small packages – £3.99 

Large packages – up to £14.99 

 

International 

Small packages – £24.99 

 

For sending larger packages overseas we will need to prepare a quote for you. Please contact us before ordering via email and we will discuss the options with you 

All taxes and duties are payable by the receiver. 

N.B. we work out whether your package is small or large by the weight and also the dimensions of it.

Delivery

Please note that the delivery date you choose is the date that we will have the goods ready to send out to you and not when you will receive it by.

Packages will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post and should arrive in 3 working days once they have been dispatched.

On confirmation of your order being dispatched, you will be given a unique tracking code which you can use to see the status of your delivery online and to choose a time suitable for you to receive it, or opt for a click and collect service. If you are unable to use this service, please do contact us by email and we will endeavor to track it on your behalf.  

To be safe please allow 3-5 days from confirmation that the order has been completed.

Packages will require a signature on arrival. 

If packages do not arrive within the proposed time however, we are unfortunately not able to take responsibility, as it will be the fault of the shipper and outside of our controls.  

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with the goods you receive from us, you can return them if they are unused within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.  

 

Please note we cannot refund the original shipping unless the product is deemed faulty by us. 

If you want to return your order please contact us first by email (sales@thelittleweddingcompany.co.uk). Please return all goods in their original packaging to Unit 120, 9 Jerdan Place London SW6 1BE via a recorded service where possible. 

Goods remain the property of the sender until safely received at the returns address. 

We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in the post. 

 

We are happy to accept returned items that have standard customisations such as added sleeves or coloured accessories. However, some products are non-refundable due to Long Distance Selling, Hygiene and Food regulations such as products that have had custom lettering, food items and personalised stationery.

Please contact us if you are unsure whether a product is returnable before you make a purchase, as no responsibility can be taken afterwards for products that are purchased which cannot for the reason’s stated above be returned.
